Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
It is the worst decision I had ever made. Our sink in the kitchen leaked, took two days for them to fix. Our tub did not drain, probably still doesn't. They gave us a notice at 8pm the night before they were going to cut off our electricity from 9am-11am the next morning. It didn't get cut back on until 3pm and that was after numorous phone calls. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL.
