I am about to complete my one year lease of a 2bd 2ba upstairs apt. and here are my observations.
Kitchen sink: Can only use garbage disposal side as the other side leaks.
Main bathroom: Tub repaired once for leaks downstairs. Still leaks severely. Haven't used this tub for 6 mos.
Overall, the workmanship on the appartment seemed superficial and very fragile as a result. Repairs were made fairly prompt in the beginning, but over time, they stopped repairing things altogether.
Thing is, I think this is probably the better apts. you can get in MWC for the price.
