Just moved in a month ago and so far things are going very well. I love love love my apartment's layout. The one bedroom loft apartments are beautiful! They are a little pricey at 509-519, but at about 1,000 sq feet 1 and one half baths, kitchen bar, seperate bathroom vanity, fire place, HUGE walk in closet, and charming patio they are worth it. The only complaint I have is the air conditioner. The apt, as I stated, is large and have only one air conditioner unit upstairs (with heating downstairs). That means when it's hot outside it's incredibly uncomfortable downstairs. One central unit with vents only located upstairs to cool a large, high ceiling apartment (especially one with west facing windows is CRAZY! My electric bill was quite large. In the afternoons I can hardly stand to be downstairs. When the weather cools down that will be a relief. But I'm still glad I moved here. I do recommend you check the exact unit you're getting out before you sign anything! Not that I'm displeased, but I did get lucky.
