I currently live here and I hope you will not make a mistake by moving here. I moved in here six months ago. Since then, my ceiling caved in in my kitchen leaking water all downstairs. I have had mold growing in my ceiling in the upstairs bedrooms, all they do is spray paint over it, then it comes right back. Not to mention that I have had a broken window since the day I moved in that is still "on order" to be replaced. And if that all wasn't bad enough I have a drain in front of my house spitting out fices, toilet paper and human S*it. That the management is still ignoring, I have contacted them numerous times and they have done nothing. I'm trying to get a hold of someone to help me with all of this, but as for you think twice about living here!

What we did is contacted the company that owns the complex itself - we had the same problem on top of the fact we lived in the townhomes as well and had numerous flooding from the heavy rains and it was all due to the amount of water on the roof as the gutters had not been cleaned out in YEARS! We lost so much stuff and when we tried to move out they tried charging us until our lease was up (which we had 1 month left) then they tried to charge us for damage - OMG...needless to say once we made the call all those charges went away!!!
