I currently reside at the Meadowood apartments. The apartments are nice, however the management uses the excuse that their maintenance is under-staffed. Therefore, nothing gets fixed. I know of a person who has lived here for 8 years and their roof is collapsing, and sewage backed up into their apartment and the complex has yet to do anything about it. The parking arrangement is REALLY REALLY bad as well!!! Furthermore, management likes to leave notes on the door after 5pm about letting pest control, fireplace cleaners, etc. into your apt the next morning. Therefore, not allowing enough time for residence to know what is going on.
