These apartments are not as advertised. The construction of the apartments is subpar and the noise level is high. Policies and rules are not enforced as dog owners are allowed to walk their dogs in areas supposed to be off limits and they do not enforce the poop cleanup requirement. The upstairs apartment rentors sound like they are coming through the floor any time they walk around and smoke from adjacemt apartments filter in through the P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS
