this is the worst complex ever. Noisy at night, ghetto, and the management sucks. They never fix anything< I've complained a ton, with no success. Also they have really small hot water heaters so the shower is cold in 5 minutes. P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS

I have lived here for 6 months and have never experienced noise at night in fact it is one of the quietest places I have lived. I am confused at the ghetto comment, that is the last thing that comes to mind. The management is wonderful you must have done something wrong. The hot water tanks are fine perhaps you aren't educated as to what can cause problems with hot water. I am sure if the management was aware of the problem they would have taken care of it. I hope that all of the educated people out there realize that someone that uses the term ghetto and not to mention so creative as to use the subject line they chose to describe a place is probably not the type of person that you want to take advise from. Oh and by the way you have the safety rated at almost perfect... That does not equal ghetto.

First of all, fatdaddy30, obviously you are not too educated yourself since you can not even spell the word advice correctly. I would not take advice from a person that is insistent upon the safety, accomodations and management of this complex as being in a "wonderful" catagory. I just moved from this complex in March of 2006 and it is NOT a safe place to live. I'm not sure why you haven't heard the noise, but I certainly did, and almost every night. There has been shootings and not just in the complex but also in the neighborhood. And I know for a fact that there is a lot of gang and drug activity that goes on in that complex.
