Very Unsafe Neighborhood

This apartment complex and the neighborhood it is in are very unsafe. There is a lot of gang and drug activity that takes place all the time. There have been shootings in and around the complex. The police are in the complex constantly and I always feared for my safety and the safey of my children. And as far as the staff goes, I had neighbors that sold drugs to them also. And I know that not much has changed since I moved because I have talked to some people that are still residents there.

According to the CrimeTracker at http://www.newsok.com/news/crime/ there have been 12 crimes in the past 24 months reported to the police, none of which were murder or rape. Doesn't sound like the police are there constantly, unless a police officer LIVES there.

I don't know which end you live at, but I have personally seen the police here at least once a week. For what? I don't know and don't care. I would not recommend this property to a homeless person.

I know for a fact that the police are there constantly. Just because there were no murders or rapes reported does not mean that there is not illegal activity going on. And no, I was not evicted, I moved for the safety of my children. I am very concerned for the safety of everyone that is living there and does not know about the danger that they are in by living in this neighborhood.

I have been in this community for over a year and have had 2 breakins. The maintnence men suck!!!!!! and they never fix anything. The central heat and air is shot so you suffer the majority of the summer because all they do is come out and charge it and it goes out again within a week. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy!!!!!!!!!!!!!
