It's not first class but look at the affordable price.
Most of the reports I'm seeing are probably from bad renters who got kicked out.
Like "only 1 maintance guy" - the have 3 full time. Leaks - well report it and it will get fixed.

I have to admit - I work for an apt complex, and the residents that get the most attention are the ones that demand the most attention. They're the ones that kick and scream through any ordeal and aren't afraid to be MUCH less than pleasant if they feel they're put out in any way. They're the ones that we want to shut up, so we do, to our best ability, what they request.

I still live here, and theres not a chance we would get kicked out and I believe it's horrible here. When the pizza guy is afraid to deliver something is wrong with the place.
