This property is definitely not the hood. Every property has a few incidents but for the most part the residents are pleasant as, well as, the staff. This is one of the most affordable properties in Midwest City that is decent and has any charm. I would definitely reiterate what one of the other comments was on this site. Disgruntly residents usually are the ones with negative attitudes.

this apartment is definitely the ghetto. You get it from both sides here. You get ripped off by the thugs and the management tries to rip you off. So guess what the managemant is thugs just of a different type. There has been murders here and numerous tenant property damage done here. Our cars have had the windows shot out of them. A guy ran through the property and wrecked 3 tenants cars, pulled up the handcap sign and totalled out a metal park bench. He almost hit several tenants. They had to run for their lives. There are prostitute and drug sellers who frequently walk the property. Every time something likd this happens the management tells everyone and the news this is just an isolated incident. I beg to differ. When I tried to move because I felt so unsafe the management threaten to sue me and have me cut-off section 8 housing. This is how the rich leans on the poor for money. The security guards that work her have no guns so what kind of securty is this. they push the good tenants around and are afraid of the thugs. This property does not care ablut your safety as long as they make a buck. I challenge the opinion of those who recommend this apartment for anyone. You have got to be joking or you have to be working for them or own the place yourself. And by the way the managers and owners do not live on site so they are safe and we are not. I notice that this site wants my email address or has my IP address so that dishonesty or abuse of the reviews can be filtered out. Well I am being absolutley honest and I challenge those that say this is a safe, decent and upstanding place to live..feel free to get in touch with me by my IP address if you would like...and if the Orchard Springs management has a problem with my review I have documents that will prove I am being totally honest. Please tentants for your own sake save all your receipts because they will try to overcharge you for rent....from Ghetto Springs Apartment complex..also known as Orchard Springs in midwest City

ghetto springs apartment complex, has a nice honest ring to it. I live here now and wish we would have chosen the apartments across the street. I wont go out side when the sun goes down. Oh and try and order a pizza after the sun goes down, they WONT deliver.
