The unit i live in its packed with roaches.. even the pest control gentlamen said the building i live in, its 1 of the worst ones, nothng will get rid of the roaches! So, watch out 4 building 1424... Maintance, slow! Good luck future tenants.

Did you tell the management? They would have sent the pest control man back until the problem was fixed. It does not get fixed until you tell MANAGEMENT.

Maintenance isn't slow, it's very slow. I've been waiting 2 months and 2 weeks for my leaky faucet and garbage disposal to be fixed. After 1 month, the guy came in and fixed the gushing faucet, kind of, down to a fast dribble, did nothing to the garbage disposal, and left, saying he needed a better part. Then my bathtub hot water began to leak, and I complained repeatedly. After 2 months and constant complaints, he came back, fixed the bathtub, reduced the lavatory leak to a fast drip, said he needed a better part, and left. He hasn't been back in 2 weeks. The garbage disposal hasn't been touched.
As for the roaches, they make you clear your kitchen and bathroom out every 90 days or fine you $25. The roach spray just makes the roaches run around more, because they're inside the walls where they don't spray.

Yes, I did let management know about the roaches issue.. and still they havent done anything about it.. True, its the roach spray only makes the roaches run around. I keep my apartment very clean at ALL TIMES, so this is not a matter of if im dirty person or not.. true its I moved here cause apartments looked nicer,safer,cleaner.. i used to live at pickwick place and never did i had a complaint.. only that they Didnt LOOK 'Safe'! Lol, what a stupid thought.. Rent was way..out cheaper than here..
