I live in a 2 story loft. The downstairs is cold in the winter and the upstairs can be warmer in the summer but it is a 2 story building and there are no doors between the lower floor and upper floor so there is no way to prevent air from doing what it normally does (rising when hot and falling when cold). I just installed a fan that faces down over my railing and blows air from the 2nd floor down and that alleviated all the problems I had. Also installing some decent curtains and asking the maintenance men to ---- the windows is easy enough.

I never had any problem with the management not being extremely prompt and the same for the maintenance men. I've had to leave several messages because of a noisy neighbor and the problem was handled very quickly both by myself and the management.

I also love the location. I am a block away from Douglas Blvd and just a mile or two away from the highway. Douglas has both great clean fast food resraurant and higher end restaurants. It also has a walmart and a Crests. Its just an easy place to live even though the neighbors can be sort of noisy although you have to expect that when living with a few hundred people.

Oh I almost forgot. It is right next to the police station and fire department and the community library, and a super nice part right across the street.
