horrible place to live. My husband was in the military so we figured hey its close to base. Soooo not worth it. Apartment was falling apart from termites, water damage, constantly running toilet. AC did not work AT ALL in the summer. Maintenance literally started a fire in our apartment in the washer dryer unit right next to our bedroom while we were sleeping and didnt even ------- bother to wake us up, i woke up to an apartment filled with smoke!!! Took maintenance about 3 days to respond to any problems we had. Took the apartment management about 2 weeks to tell maintenance about the problems we were having!! Neighbors were noisy, our parking spot was always being taken by the neighbors friends. Never felt safe there. Pool was ALWAYS filthy and so were the apartment grounds. I could go on forever about how crappy these apartments were but find out for yourself if your dumb enough to not read what all these other people have to say or look at the 30% rating!
