If anybody has good things to say about this apartment complex, they are probably employed by Parkview!!! This complex is absolutely horrible (but than again, you get what you pay for). The rent is relatively cheap, so you can't have great expectations about this place. However, IT IS STILL NOT WORTH THE PRICE OF ADMISSION!!! Unforunately, I lived there for 4 years and have encountered a constant rotation of different management groups who were absolutely worthless (every year I renewed my lease it was a different management team)!!! Just like previous reviews, maintenance never fixed anything (that's if they were ever informed). I had the following problems listed below:

1. Leaks from the ceiling (they'll blame it on the AC unit but half the time that didn't work) leaks caused the walls and carpet to mold really bad, they never fixed the leak!!!
2. AC unit did not work for months (but they did eventually fix that)
3. The grounds were a complete mess, trash everywhere towards the back of the complex
4. Constant bug problems (mainly spiders) during the summer months, informed management and they told me to use RAID!!! Whatever happen to the guy that sprayed for bugs every 3 months, go figure!'!'
5. Also, a consistent smell of reefa (weed) in my unit but I guess you really can't control that
6. Also, I don't believe they do background checks but that's just heresay from a previous neighbor
7. There was loud music and parties where I used to live but most of the time the authorities (MWC Police) broke that up, guess they had to since they were right next door to the complex, which could be a benefit in most cases.

I could go on and on but at the end of the day life is about choices...if you choose to LIVE there please choose to LIVE with the consequences!!! (Honest opinion)

lol they either work for the complex or are friends with people who work for the complex. The apartment is crap people CRAP! The only thing decent about it is the room you have, other than that its a piece of ----.
