I lived here for 18 months. I had massive Rat and mouse problems...managements suggestion...I needed to go buy myself some sticky traps. Bugs and insects...i was told Walmart sold insecticide. My back sliding door didnt close or lock for 2 months, management "was working on getting someone out there." We ended up moving because our neighbors were 6 grown people living in a 2 bedroom townhouse smoking pot 24 hours a day. I had no problems with THEM I never saw them. The problem i had is that when i got home from work MY apartment smelled like a cloud of marijuana smoke...it was coming through the pipes which was somehow interconnected despite the fact that each unit was supposed to pay their own water. We moved to a house with twice as many bathrooms, showers and tubs. Our water bill dropped despite the new place having grass to water daily.

Funny when i lived there i smoked and never ONCE did any of my neighbors places smell like pot or cig smoke.
