This apartment complex is so far from being up to code, its nasty & gross. Everytime they would clean an apartment or "renovate" it, Roaches would come from all over the place and when one person is out of hot water, the whole complex is. This would have to have been the worst experience ever in my whole life. This place is just waiting to be condemned. Also, You can get an apartment there without a "real" background check... but you have to pay a little for them to check local resources. And Finally, there is no such thing as a maintainence man, if you have a ceiling falling in, you'll just have to wait until they get around to it (3-4 weeks on average), so this is absolutley the worst place to live in Midwest City.
