The place HAS NOT improved with the "new" management that has been there for over a couple of years. Good luck getting maintenance to fix anything in a timely manner. The place is loaded with pests, black mold, and lead based paint. The majority of the residents spend all day nearly everyday outside drinking and getting very rowdy. There is constant theft there, as well as drug dealers living there.

I dont know what these people are talking about. We lived there a year and did not have any problems what so ever. when we needed maintenence done it was usualy the same day or the next day. The ladies in the office were more than willing to help you in any way.we had no bugs,no mold,and did not have any problems with any of the tennants.I would rate this place a 10 on a scale of 1-10.My way of thinking is that customer service is probably based on customer attitude.When I get back to okc I will definitly stay here again. Dont be worried about renting here,for the price its the best there is
