It's not that bad, I wish we could keep people from coming in from around the neighborhood and the apartments next door, out of our pool. The pool is for the TENANTS, not the NEIGHBORS. We ARE doing remodeling right now. If you drive by, you will see that the Outside is in the processing of being repainted.

It's actually horrible. It's ghetto, dirty, and full of drug dealers and people who play their music WAY too loud without consideration of others. I don't see why anyone would want to swim in that pool. And I didn't know that haphazardly applied nasty white paint on the exterior of the apartments was called 'remodeling'. That is a laugh and a half. Silverwood Apartments is horrible. Might as well be called SilverFish apartments with all the scum that resides there.

That is not white paint. It is Caulking, if you know what that is, that has to be done first before the painting. Don't believe it, speak to the manager who has evicted the so called drug dealers and people who won't stay current on their rent. The music is from people who drive in one gate and out the other at 2am. Probably going through your complex also. Have you even visited this place? Probably not, if you did, probably got turned down for some reason. There is a Police Officer living in the complex now. Is he "scum" too?

Just because you're aware of an undercover police officer living in the apartment doesn't mean he's living there willfully. He's probably in line for a heroic medal for braving out the months of work in that warzone. God bless our brave men and women of law enforcement.
