New management company. We are no longer with ProResedential, thank god.
No, I'm not the manager and I can't believe the horrible reviews. Has anyone even been here before' All apartments have bad reviews--- why' someone did not abide by policy. If it's soo bad, why are their Christian folks living here' Don't believe that, ask a tenant who's walking the grounds. You people should go to church.
Drug dealers---where' Whatever.

Drug dealers in Silverwood? Everywhere. People who play their music way too loud in Silverwood? Everywhere. There is even a registered child molester who lives in Silverwood. You can find him in any site that shows you where the neighborhood predators are. "Christian folk" are found anywhere and everywhere. Same with atheists, Democrats, Republicans...what have you. I think it's funny that they tried to 'fix' the apartment's appearance with a new paint job. What a laugh and a half. It's still a dangerous place to live.

Police are watching all neighborhoods. Don't matter where you live.

Silverwood Apartments at 1200 N Air Depot Blvd. was bought in 2006 by SRP Property, a company owned by Shashikant Jogani of California. Since 2008, three complexes linked to Jogani - Eagle Point Apartments, Logan Point Apartments and Kristie Manor Apartments - have been condemned in Del City. Records show Jogani is connected with more than a dozen properties in Tulsa, Oklahoma City and Pauls Valley. Calls to Jogani and his attorney were not returned. Court records show that five properties in Oklahoma County, including Logan Point and Eagle Point Apartments, and one in Tulsa are in various states of foreclosure. Silverwood residents, many of whom wish to remain anonymous for fear of retaliation, complain of leaking roofs, broken heating and air units, mold and mildew problems and a cracked and unstable second-floor walkway in one building. The complex manager said she is aware of the complaints and they are being addressed. Some tenants have also received window units to help cool their homes. Midwest City building inspectors have responded to six complaints this year of roof leaks, electrical problems and unstable walkways in the complex. Building inspector Kevin Brown said that Silverwood's management has been cooperative in responding to complaints. Deborah Jenkins, director of rental assistance for the Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency, said 30 families living in Silverwood receive housing assistance. She said her office has received numerous complaints of mold, broken air conditioning units and ceiling leaks. "Families have to notify us as soon as there is a problem, that way there is a record and we can step in to help, Jenkins said. She said landlords are given time to get units up to standard before the authority can decide to move families elsewhere. One tenant thinks the apartments are falling apart. "A lot of these people are between a rock and a hard spot, said Harold Greer, 56, a tenant at Silverwood. "They don't want to complain too much because they have no place else to go. Greer and his wife moved to the complex in April. A roof leak caused their ceiling to collapse shortly thereafter. After complaints to management, the couple called city building inspectors, who said the apartment was unlivable. Management moved the Greers to another apartment in May. Another tenant, who wished to remain anonymous, said she calls management daily about a large leak in her ceiling. When it rains, bowls and buckets are placed on the floor to collect water, the tenant said. Nearby, Kiasha Lofton also has a hole in her ceiling that gives a view of the water damaged pipes and wood above her apartment. The same spot has been covered and concealed multiple times with mismatched white paints and wall board. She said she just wants the problem fixed. An inspection report from May states management said they were aware of the leaks and need for roof repairs, but they are waiting until the owner decides what to do. City inspectors and Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency officials said they need feedback so they can respond to complaints and help tenants and landlords resolve them.
