I lived there for about 7 months before moving on to Tinker AFB. They don't take care of they're tenants. Our septic tank was clogged at about 8:00am one day and it took me 4 phone calls to get maintenance to my apartment at 4pm. Apparently they don't realize people have to use the restroom.

Also when we first moved in we were told to give them a list of things that needed to be attended to. We complied and these things were never fixed. One morning my wife was awakened out of bed when a maintenance person barged thru the door unannounced to fix a faucet that didn't need to be fixed. He was there for about five minutes and after telling my wife a simple "sorry" he left. This was when we first became suspicious and always kept our valuable belongings locked up. After an ice storm that we had, my wife's friend had slipped on one of the unsalted/unshoveled apartment walkways and received a major concussion. A complaint was made to management that no one has seen hide nor hair of maintenance since the storm had began and they simply replied that there was nothing they could do.

Now our neighors were another story. Our neighbors were very loud and obnoxious. The ones above us were large in stature and since the floors were very thin we could hear everything they did and most things they said. Often we heard the loud and nauseating noises of them making....well you could probably guess. the neighbor across from us had a dog that was never kept on a leash (which is one of the rules) and played very loud music at odd hours. We never complained until one day when we recieved a complaint that was put against us for our dog barking. We gave up and knew it was time to leave. Now I can go on and on but I will simply leave it as that I definitely do not recommend the Woodside Village Apartments.
