We lived at Woodside Village in Ventura Ca. We kept our unit VERY clean. When We moved out we practically left it how we got it. CLEAN, CLEAN CLEAN! The carpet was the only thing. After 2 and a half years it could use a deep cleaning. The claimed that they paid a ton of money on carpet cleaning, Painting and deep cleaning. They took $500.00 dollars!!!! Even my neighbors who saw the after math were astounded. They new before I did that I was going to be taken for a ride by them so I must say I was for warned but I didn't believe it. I believed that I would be the exception because we were good tenents and we left the unit immaculate.You would think there would be a law about this sort of thing. They have to take some finnancial accountability for ware and tare after so many years. I shouldnt have been charged for all this stuff.Beware, If you plan to live here not to meantion (Bad people moving into complex)[lease know ahead of time so you dont feel surprised. You will get ripped off on your deposit. Its how they work. And when they tell you paperwork will come in the mail so you can schedule a walk through follow up on it. I recived nothing and I got robbed of my deposit.

This is Woodside Village in MIDWEST CITY, not CALIFORNIA..I still live here and I love it! The management has taken care of every work order I've placed and no matter what time it is they always have a smile on their faces. I've lived at some dumpy places, but Woodside Village has been a wonderful experience and I plan on renewing my lease when it comes up!
