Great apartment, my apartment was recently rennovated to include new cabinets, carpet, washer/dryer, and flooring. I loved it there, compaired to another apartment in midwest city that cost almost twice as much. my wife and i felt safe there, all of our neighboors were really friendly, although noisy at times. grounds are beautiful, pools are nice and well maintained. parking could get a little tight at late hours, but it just required a little extra walking in the complex. pet deposit was a little insane though, but i didn't know of anyone there with a pet that actually paid it lol. overall great apartments, and i would still be living there if i didn't move out of state.

Pet deposits are supposed to be insane prices because pets cause insane damage - smells that never go away, excessive damage to carpet, tiles, walls, etc, and that fur is as persistent as your worst cockroach.

well in have a chow lab mix always stayed in the hom ewell groomed and never cause damage. i was looking into these apartments because they accept large pets. the apartments are nice but i dont think all dogs cause probles and it not fair to all.meaninig a person that takes care of there pets so yes pet deposits are insane.
