I've lived here for 7 months and I really like it here. The managers and staff are very friendly and understanding. I moved out of an apartment where I got an eviction notice for paying rent one day late. Here, as long as you notify them that you're taking care of it, they'll give you a few days. Also, if you have a really bad problem, like an overflowing toilet or leaky pipe, they come that day to fix it. It might take them a few hours, but they only have so many maintenance workers for the WHOLE complex. All of my work orders have been taken care of except one, and that's just a request for a lightbulb. At one of my other apartments, they let my ceiling leak until my lease ran out because it was easier for them to fix it after I moved out. They do have thin walls and ceilings though. I can sometimes hear the television next door almost as if it's right in the room, and it's a little annoying when the people upstairs stay up late because you can hear the floor squeak. Some of my neighbors live on a high horse too, and are very unfriendly but that's not really the apartments fault. Overall, I think these are the best apartments, and I recommend EVERYONE here. I can't wait to upgrade at the end of my lease to a two bedroom.

First of all, if you live in a well-run apartment complex, and eviction notice (or rather a "warning" saying "hey, you haven't paid your rent yet... don't let it go too long or this is what can happen") is a way to make sure that policies are fairly enforced. A verbal promise to pay rent means nothing, telling me that this complex is run poorly. If what you mean is that you actually got evicted from your previous complex, then I definitely wouldn't want to live at Woodside, because that means they'll let ANYONE in, resulting in money lost from irresponsible people, causing an effect on the amount of money they have (or rather don't have) to fix the problems that are their responsibility. THAT'S the reason that things don't get fixed. Basic point? If you move into a cheap apt community, don't expect the complex to have money to fix problems.
