We lived at this complex for over a year in a 1 bedroom apartment. It started out nice. Then the problems arose. Our apartment was falling apart. There were HUGE cracks in the walls, our supplied microwvae stopped working and was falling out of the wall, none of the doors fit in the door frames. Then we started hearing gun shots on a weekly basis. The shots were really close to our apartment so we were having to hide in a closet! Anytime anythin broke it took maintence days to get to us, there were a few occasions where we had to call the corporate office and have them get someone out, and even that took days because the lady at corporate DOES NOT return your phone calls. Oh, and the pet policy, yeah NO ONE cleans up after their dogs and they don't do anything about it. There were residents of this place with Great Danes! Yeah, I don't think that dog falls under the weight classification. If you value your property, your life, and the way your place looks...don't even think about this place!
