I have no problem with the apartment. I like there and live for almost a year. I do enjoy there but the only major problem is parking. People doesn't care who park's owner. I did complaint couple of time but it not affect as serious action.

Living room is good but kitchen is far old.

When we first moved in, the AC broken, the ice chest is broken and they are taking fix fast as possible. I am glad they do taking a action when I notify them the problem. Only problem with the park that pretty much it.

The only one problem they didn't take care is remove the mold and nasty black line in shower. My wife and I try to clean to remove it. We don't want responsible for any damage.

About the crime issue, apartment is free crime and so it wouldn't crime activate unless next apartment, probably do.

The swim pool is always COLD!

So on, I like that apartment but time for move on... until I read this post of message. I don't know if they are telling the truth because I am stay there for one year and doesn't have problem.

The only problem is that owner's pet didn't clear after pet's poop.

The only problem is parking and they are not doing anything. I would like see car get tow because they don't follow rule as it should be!
