Overpriced apartments

For the price you pay, the quality of the apartment is very poor. The foundation is bad leading to large cracks in the walls. Doors hang crooked; electrical outlets are crooked; there are large gaps in the woodwork; and nail holes in the door frames are very visible. The list can go on and on. These apartments were constructed cheaply and will soon be another dumpy apartment complex in OKC.
Upkeep is poor too. The walls were not painted completely when I moved in, but there was plenty of paint all over the woodwork. I don't think they know how to patch a small hole, because you can visibly see large amounts of puddy on the walls. They keep most of your deposit for "cleaning" and the apartment was dirty when I moved in. Too bad they don't tell you that until AFTER you give the deposit to them.
I am very disappointed with the way they manage their complex. There is little flexibility to meet the residents needs...the main concern is making money. I don't feel like they provide adequate customer service.

very true also have paint all over my wood work horrible paint job especially in bathroom...cauking and paint put down by a blind man.
