YEA, YEA...THEY ARE VERY NICE, ATTRACTIVE APARTMENS.THEY HAVE NICE FLOORPLANS, ALL THE STUFF YOU NEED, WASHERS, DRYERS, DISHWASHERS. THERE IS NOT ENOUGH CLOSET SPACE, AND IF YOU LIKE SLEEPING WITH CRICKETS THEN YOU WILL BE JUST FINE..YES, THATS THE TRUTH. CRICKETS WERE ALWAYS GETTING INTO THE APARTMENT, ALONG WITH BUGS & SPIDERS..THE SPRAY THEY USE DOES NOT WORK, AND IF YOU HAVE UPSTAIRS NEIGHBORS, YOUR SCREWED...YOU CAN HEAR EVERYTHING, AND EVERY STEP THEY TAKE..THE MANAGERS ARE NICE WHEN YOU FIRST MEET THEM, BUT THEY ARE SNOBBY AND HAVE NO EMPATHY TOWARDS OTHERS (TENANTS).
OH YEA, AND ONE MORNING I WOKE UP TO TAKE A SHOWER AND THERE WAS A HUGE WOLF SPIDER CRAWLING AROUND IN THE TUB..TO THIS DAY, I DONT KNOW HOW IT GOT IN THERE, IT LOOKED TO BIG TO FIT DOWN THE DRAIN..FREAKED ME OUT!!!I HAD TO DROWN THE THING IN THE TUB AND THEN SCOOP IT OUT!!
YUCK!!

This apartment is located on an 18-hole golf course and is a undelevoped area with many open spaces. Spiders and crickets are common in undeveloped areas, this is mother nature. Everyone is intitled to their own option. Too bad people focus on smaller issues that are personal problems, instead on bigger issues, like customer service, clean grounds, and amenties. For the price, this is the best apartment I have ever lived in!! Managers are great to work with, always available.
