I mean anywhere you live you will deal with all types of bugs especially if you live downstairs. i mean if their spray isn't working do what i do get your own and spray the cracks and doorways often or another thing i do is my i have my own caulk gun and when i see a crack i caulk it. the fairways are really nice and they don't have big walk in closets but they have nice comfortoble living spaces. i have been here now 3 months and i chose to live upstairs this time cause living downstairs is a battle with bugs of all kinds. so just be fair when you are writing these reviews cause some people really go by them. to sum it up the fairways is a nice place to live especially if you don't have pets it is pet free. i have no large cracks in my apartment, no crooked doors, good paint job, if i need maintaence they come and do a great job, its quiet and parking is full but this is nice size complex. if you are looking for a decent comfortable living place you will love it here. no one is as pickey as me when it comes to their comfort. thank you and FAIRWAYS at MOORE keep up the good work.
