My boyfriend and I have lived at the Fairways for 3 years all in the same apartment. We lived in the back of the complex wher the traffic wasn't very heavy.
The management staff has always been helpful and easy to reach if there was a problem or if something needed to be fixed. The previous managers were fabulous! Even if we hadn't seen them in a couple months they would remember our names, vehicles and apartment number. Always impressed us. The new managers are very nice as well but haven't had much time to get to know them. The apartments have a furnished washer and dryer, which was the main reason we came to the Fairways. But we have stayed because we like it.
There area is growing and everything you need is near by.
The only times we've been upset with the place is when we've had people in the surrounding apartments that are....less than desirable.
We are moving out of state next month and wish there was a Lindsay Management property where we are going.
I would highly recommend living at the Fairways with Loretta/Robert(MGMT) or at the Green's with Shiela/Craig (MGMT)
