Fairways at Moore

The apartments are fine, great price for living outside the city, but I leave with a bad taste in my mouth from the office staff.

A very superficial group who were annoyed with questions and requests, and never gave me any confidence that they knew their own policies, especially if it meant them having to put in any effort to work with the tenants.

This is unusual for me, I normally don't get upset by people I have minimal contact with, but the few times I spoke to them: I was hung up on after a question about office hours, when I initially moved in the staff dangled the keys in front of me and withdrew them as I reached for them and asked to see my money first, they disrespected my wife and her time, and have lied to us about payment policies (we were told that automatic deposit was required, and since then have found other tenants that do not pay by AD, and had moved in after us).

If money is tight, these probably are a good choice, but I would seriously consider looking elsewhere if you expect a working relationship with your staff.
