These apartmanets suck!! First off the management is bad they rush you if you come around with a problem and are just very unfriendly atleast after the point you decide to move in. Second of all there can not be worst parking in any complex in the world..... It is bad. I get home late at night around 10PM and have to walk about a quarter of a mile to my home every night and morning. The biggest issue is they have these stupid handicap parking spaces like every five spots which is no way code because no other apartment has this and the funny thing is we got put in a handicap apartment and were told it was the same thing! Anyhow other then the parking being horrible the layouts look like ----, unless you like your bathroom off your dining room your going to hate it. The apartments are small overpriced down right crap. Also you don't get your deposit back either, they say it's for cleaning purposes. My neighbor had his window broke by a golf ball and was told he had to pay for apparently you are responsible after you sign a lease. The walls are also really thin so you can here everything that you neighbor is doing right down to talking. This is the worst apartment me and my girlfriend hate it here and can't wait to move. Beware before you move in here.

I would like to say that I have lived here for 2 years and I live on the golf course side and have had my apartment window broken and they fixed it for no charge. I have no problem with parking and yes there are a lot of handicap parking. However after talking to management they said that a couple summers ago ADA came in and told them that they had to comply with the standards and that is what the code says they have to have. And i'm not sure what all the apartments look like but my bathroom is not off the dining room. mine is in each of the bedrooms. I've lived here twice as long and haven't had a problem since i've moved in. maybe it depends on how you treat them. .

I also have stayed there in the corporate apartments and have had no trouble. The bathrooms for the two bedrooom apartments are off of the bedrooms. the dining room is basically part of the kitchen. My apartment was located near the front of the complex.(by pool and office) I never really had a parking issue, although a lot of people come and go through the gate.
As far as noises, never noticed anything out of the ordinary. I thought it was a good apartment for the money and management treated me extremely well.

When me and my family lived there it was small but management was awesome. I have learned in life that if you want people to respect and be nice to you then you have to do the same. Parking isn't great it but it depends on where you live. I mean before you put a deposit on any house or apartment you should go and look at it first before money changes hands. Most of these apartments have the same layout and if i remember correctly the front room is the dining room then you got the kitchen then the bedrooms with the baths so be forreal. you viewed it and then had second thoughts probably after you found something better. the apartments are just that apartments they are not luxury homes and they are meant for single people or a place to stay while waiting on your home to built. so lighten up on the fairways at moore because in my opinion they are the best i have seen here in moore and they do do the best they can.
