I've lived at the Fairways for just over a year now and I can't wait to leave. I get home from work at around 4:00pm every day so parking is generally never a problem. I've made the mistake of coming home after 9:00pm before and had to park my car halfway accross the apartment complex. There are bugs inside that they dont seem to know how to get rid of either. The staff that work here are really nice untill they get your signature...after that they seem like they could care less what's in your best interest. The one bedroom is meant for ONE person! Me and my wife live here and it's way too crowded. Your "dining room" doubles for your living room and is seperated from the kitchen by a small counter. So basically it's one big (actually...small) room. We had no room for a couch because we decided we wanted a small table with 4 chairs (which is enough to fill your dining room/living room). The guys that come in to spray and check your filters dont always knock before entering. One day my wife was in the shower and i was in the bedroom and heard someone just open my door so i end up meeting the maintenance guy in the living room with a pistol in my hand...i didnt know who to expect. I know that had to have been pretty surprising on his part too but damn...learn to knock before just coming in! Overall i'd say the apartments are not really worth all the trouble. We've finally decided we'll just pay the cancelation fee just so we dont have to deal with these guys anymore.

well thats really sad to hear how the property, according to the review, is going down since we lived there which was little over 2 years ago back in 2006. we loved it. no problems with bugs they were nice to us all the time and always gave us a courtesy call before coming and then always knocked. so i do apologize that yall are not having a good stay. i think you are doing what is best for yall if you must leave. good luck at your next place. god speed.
