Fairways at Moore

I lived here for 6 months and it was nice and I enjoyed my apartment and my neighbors but then the last two months I lived here I realized how crappy the staff is! I had mice in my apartment and aparently they dont think that is their problem when I asked that they come fix the problem their resolution was to send a maintence worker to my door and hand my boyfriend a couple of sticky pads and that was the end of it! I called the office and said we needed an exterminator or something because we had like 5 of them running between mine and my neighbors house and we couldn't get rid of them and managment told me that is our responsibility they spray as often as they are supposed to. Last time I checked you dont spray for mice thats for bugs!
So we gave in and took matters into our own hands with out their help and got rid of their mice. (And staff had the decentcy to say to me that if any of their appliances were messed up by the mice we would have to pay, seriously!)
Parking was horrible I was pregnant the whole time I lived here and I had to walk very far to get to my place half the time
You have to pay them to clean the apartment when you leave so you get like nothing back on your deposit which blows and they charged me 50 dollars in a pet fee I am desputing right now because I dont own a pet but staff says that a cleaner found dog food behind my fridge when they were cleaning so therefore I can be charged with owning a dog. The only animal in that apartment were the mice that they wouldnt help me get rid of!
Its a nice place but so not worth all the trouble and fighting you have to go through to get anything done around there!
