I have been there for 1 year and maintenace is a sad state of affairs. Mayby you need to know management to get something fixed or mayby you have to scream pretty loud before it happens. Not a good environment. Cars go speeding up and down the streets,kids have to run for cover. Cops are here 2 or 3 times a week. The maint guys that live here have broken down cars that make the propety look terrible. Brought it to managements attention but to no avail. Others have junk yards in the back yards visible to all. I would give this place a very poor rating
