The front office is duplicitous and uncooperative. When trying to resolve a deposit issue, I was flat out lied to about being able to recieve it back. I was told one thing on the phone and then another at the office. I was informed that I could expect to come in and recieve the deposit. However, upon my arrival I was told that corporate would have to decide. When I asked for corporate's information, I was rudely denied my request. Nor have I, as of this writing, recieved copies of any paperwork in their control and custody with MY signature on them. I have requested these several times.
EVERYTHING I HAVE REQUESTED FROM THEM, I HAVE A LEGAL RIGHT TO ACCORDING TO THE OKLAHOMA LANDLORD-TENANT ACT and the FAIR HOUSING ACT.
