Although the interior of the apartments does seem inviting, there are quite a few underlying issues that have yet to be fixed. Don't be deceived!! You have to STAY on these people to get things fixed!! If you're willing to deal with it, go ahead! If you're looking for a nice quiet place where you can relax and chill without worrying about the next thing, go somewhere else! Otherwise, the location is good, but they really need a COMPLETE RENOVATION!! Isnside and out! More insulation and a new roof. That's about it! Other than the laundry facilities that are usually flooded and only one or two of the machines actually work.
