They are cheap and there rooms are huge but everything else is not very good at all. They will lie and tell you everything you want to hear just to get you there. There parking area is full of pot holes and some of the buildings look like they are falling down. Trust me spend an extra $50 and find some thing allot better.

I am new to the Property, just moved in November 2008, and I have to say that yes, the property is older, but I love the office staff, and the maintenance man is always helpful and willing to go above and beyond. It was a little loud at first, but it has really quitened down at night, thanks to the Security Officer. The manager is new to the property also, so I am thinking the person that told you things just to get you in is no longer a member of the staff. The apartments have been re-done on the inside, and I love it. So do my two children.

leave now people have been shot there before. there parking spaces are full of pot holes and you never no if you going to get ran over when you tern a corner trust me i used to live there and seen the guy that got shot 4 times i the neck. there are way to many fights for kids to live there i would no i 14.
