I have read the reviews about the Villas at Countryside and disagree with the ones that are negative. I'm pushing 30 and I completely disagree that all southside apartments are full of "kids with loud cars". I have a loud sportscar, does that make me a "kid"' As for this complex it is great! I think it's affordable, clean, and quiet. I don't think parking is a problem and the staff is very friendly and courteous. The one bedrooms also have an outside storage closet. They are spacious with vaulted ceilings for those on top and great kitchens and bathrooms. Some of these people who are complaining should go check out Brookwood Village if they think it's bad over here. Some people you can just never please. I'm very satisfied with my decision to move here, it's easy access to the highway and neighbors are friendly and quiet. The noise from the interstate doesn't bother me at all and I live in the front of the property closest to it. I've also never seen anyone parking in the handicaped spots other than those who are and you don't see trash and beer cans laying around. Trust me I see everything and could be the neighborhood watch person because I don't miss much. So I don't know where the people live that said those things but it's definitely not here. I'd also like to add one more thing, if you're looking for an apartment complex either northside or southside that doesn't have "youth living there" maybe you should be looking for a retirement center.
