Loud and Obnoxious

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
there was a grey water leak that they refused to acknowledge (sprinklers dont have soap bubbles). people didnt pick up after their pets. lots of drive thru noise. my car alarm went off constanly. drafty windows. did not enforce fire regulations (grills on patios).
