not bad, just know what to request before renting

We've lived here for about one year and are satisfied with our experience. When we initially wanted to rent here, we requested a unit in the back corner of the complex facing a courtyard and apparently, that's been a real bonus - even back here you can hear the freeway (it's SOO loud) but parking has never been an issue in that area. Other thoughts: yes, there are tons of large dogs with large poops; yes, Connie is nice; landscaping well kept; very small unit; our biggest complaint: the A/C unit is in the small living room and it's SOOO noisy! We're so tired of the A/C noise, we've tried to avoid using it (it's hot!). Overall, not bad, just know what to expect. bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC
