Good: These apartment are new, nice, and spacious. Sprinklers are in every room and there are at least 2 smoke detectors. Bathrooms are large, large closets, outside storage, and vaulted ceilins make it even nicer. Grass and flowers well managed. Maintenance folks are quick on repairs. Mgt: Connie's the best, but other ladies need people skills

Bad: Car alarms go off often, but not much crime reported.

Ugly: Dog poop makes the well-kept grass,flowers, etc look bad. People constantly park in handicap spaces, forcing you to step in the grass in order to get on the sidewalk and if you're not careful, you'll step in poop. I'd highly recommend Villas if the poop problem would be dealt with. After complaining about the poop problem, I was told to walk on the sidewalk.
