I lived here for 3.5 years. At first, when I first moved in they were almost brand new and very impressive. The longer I lived there the more flaws I saw and noted. NO water pressure in kitchen or bathroom, plumbing problems (low water toilets did not flush properly, sometimes taking 2-3 times and using up more water), crickets and ants invading my apartment, no ceiling fans (common in homes now), and the outside shrubbery growing around my patio went over the railing, no matter how much I complained.

The patio door was getting out of plumb making it harder to close. Everywhere you walked, even on the sidewalk, one had to beware of dog's "time bombs" and I didn't even own a dog. Some of the light switches on the wall did not operate anything that I could tell. There weren't nearly enough handicapped parking to meet new building federal mandates. The closest handicapped place to my apartment (and I am disabled) was across the parking lot. My refrigerator's icemaker kept going bad, necessitating several trips by the maintenance man.

Further, they've stiffed me on refunding my deposit, taking from it a an amount I already sent them by check. I'm going to call them on this.
