my first apt to live in and it'll be hard to find a place like this. the appliances are new, carpet nice, great layout, and great landscape. parking was never a problem. I'm leaving to find a place a little cheaper. maintenance is definitely quick and the office is friendly.
i agree with a lot of dog poo being everywhere but what can they do when the residents should pick up their dog's crap. i lived in the third building away from the freeway and the freeway noise never bothered me. i would highly recommend this place to anyone!
