Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
We have lived here for 8 months. Besides the fact that my vehicle was broken into,(I've never actually seen the courtesy patrol truck move from it's parking spot) you can hear everything you neighbors do, and there is no water pressure. Not to mention there is only two dumpsters for the entire complex that are always full, and if you leave trash outside of them the management threatans to fine you. Also if you don't mind listening to the traffic on I-35 24/7 this is the place for you!
