I have lived at the Villas for 3 years and I have very few complaints. I rarely hear my neighbors and I can sit on my porch in peace and quiet at any time of day or night. The appliances are all relatively new and work very well. The carpet had several spots when we moved in, but they weren't really noticeable once we moved all our furniture in. I have seen the security truck driving around the complex several times, usually after 7:00. The pool is also nice and not overcrowded. There have been times when I've been at the pool all afternoon with no one else around. Kind of like having my own private pool. It is also a good place to live if you are working in the city or in Norman, because of the easy access to I-35. I would definitely recommend living at the Villas at Countryside.
