The apartment management is simply the worst i have ever dealt with. They were always constantly threatening me with various things. I dont know why the management was so bad, but it seemed like i was just an absolute burden to them. The Villas look nice and all, but i promise its not worth it. The Villas has cheap apartments right next door and lies on shields ave which is only 2 blocks away from being poverty oklahoma city. My car was broken into the first month i lived there right in front of my apartment by my balcony. I lived at the villas with my wife and my child. I have been in the military for over 6 years and extremely well mannered. When I first came to the villas to apply for an apartment i was treated like an inmate. The apartment has horrible tile in the kitchen, it is constantly coming up because its cheap glue down tile and the the refrigerator was trash out with broken drawers and shelves throughout the frig. At the move out they made a walk through of the apartment and found that i owed $350.00 for cleaning. Keep in mind my wife stayed at home and cleaned the apartment twice a day because she was a stay at home mom with my son. And vacuumed the floors religiously. When i went to buy a house, the apartment complex was making me pay the rest of my lease which totalled over $1300.00, and although i paid the last two months, the management leased it to another tennant for the remaining two months of my lease. Which i felt was very unethical to lease on top of a lease, after i had moved to my newly built house.
