The good: For an apartment, the rooms were adequate size with large bathrooms along with storage. If you need storage, I dont think you are not going to find anything else within the price range. The noise level was ok, however, with apartments it all depends who you live next to.

The bad: The office staff at the Villas definitely could use some customer service training. When we originally moved in, there was a communication problem with the amount we needed. Since we were in a transition period, we were out of checks and they would not take cash. The office represenative talked down to us stating "you didn't know that'" I felt that could have been handled a lot better.

Also, parking is definitely a problem. If you park on the side of the golf course, especially close to building 5, expect a lot of golf balls going over that fence and hitting cars. I picked up a total of 7 golf balls around cars in the 4 months we were there.

Trash is definitely a huge problem. There are only 2 dumpsters on each side. They get picked up once a week and by mid week, trash is all over the place.
