The apartments are very spacious, well built, and I have to say the maintenance staff here is probably the best you will ever find. They always return my calls within 20 minutes and get the job done right. I was so surprised that even when I called with a non-emergency because my microwave did not work, someone was at my door in 20 minutes to check it out and I got a new one installed within a few days. We haven't had any problems with the main office except when we were moving in the girl was going to try to make me wait for my husband to get off work before I could get a key and she was very rude about it. Don't know if she works there anymore because when I go to the office now to pick up my mail it's a different girl there and she is always very nice. The noise level is not so bad except but depends who you live next to or what night of the week it is. Parking is pretty inconvenient if you live on the south side of the complex. And also the only dumpsters are all the way on the north side and they get full pretty quickly. Ground is kept pretty nicely except for people who don't clean up after pets. Other than those minor problems this place has been really great! We will be moving next summer since our rent has gone up and we would like a 2 bedroom within the price we're paying now. But we will be very sad to leave- I'm sure you won't find a much better place for this price
