The management is great and helpful but there are somethings that were misleading. I saw a clubhouse mentioned. The clubhouse is the office so you CANT use the clubhouse for a clubhouse to hold a party or the like. The pictures make the living room look like there is a big dining area, there is not. Also, the fireplace is great, but we cant often use it because when the Oklahoma winds blow, the wind blows the smoke right back into the apartment and then we have to hurry and try to get the fire out before the fire/smoke detectors go off as there is no GLASS on the fireplace. Also, watch out because if you step in the grass, you WILL get dog poop on your shoes. They don't clean it up. Also, we don't think they put any insulation in, its very chilly when it gets below 50 degrees and the electric heater goes constantly. The water heater is electric too so we have to plan our showers so we dont run out of water... the electric bill can be Scary :(
I do have to say the noise level has been pretty good. And also, except for the carpet, the apartment was very clean. We havent been here a real long time and havent lived in an apartment before, so I guess I would say its ok. We would say its a 7 on a scale of 1 to 10. I would recommend the two bedroom to a couple or to 2 singles but not to someone with children as it feels cramped and kids shouldn't walk on the grass.
