Things you should know: very few tenants pick up the doggie poop so if you expect to walk in the grass or want kids to play in the grass...DONT DO IT! Also, when they want to do inspect fire sprinklers or alarms or spray insecticide in your unit, they tell you ONE day in advance and then say "its required and cannot be rescheduled" which is a nuisance. Why not get a schedule and put it out to all tenants a week in advance' The fireplace has no glass on it, so all winter if the wind is blowing hard (which it is 75% of the time) we couldnt have a fire (and yes the FLUE is OPEN) as the smoke would blow in, so why pay extra for a fireplace when most of the time you cant use it. Also, the pool is not open on Monday, but they did post a sign finally. What would be nice is when the pool is broken, they put a notice in everyones door or post a sign by the mailbox so people know. The parking on the NW corner is no problem like it is on the South side of the complex. Most of the time the trash is not a problem and if it is, its because the other tenants didnt want to step to the the other bin, which is side by side so they are too lazy to walk to the other one, which is right next to it, now does that make sense' The Manager, Naquetta' is very nice and helpful. The head maintenance man & helper have been very attentive to any problems and reply promptly to our calls. Our neighbors below us fight alot, but that could be anywhere and when we walk, they sometimes pound on the ceiling, so I think they hear everything downstairs. I would advise if you are going to tour a lower unit to ask if you can have someone walk on the floor above to see what it sounds like as I think walking might even be pretty loud. Also, the water heater is electric so if you have more than one person, you probally will run out of hot water for your shower if you like long showers. Everything is electric so the bills run high. As a whole, the problems at this place are due to other renters, and you could run into those kind of renters anywhere. We are not sure about recommending to others, I think those with small kids might get complained about by others & those who work nights & want to sleep during the day might not like the noise. But, if you like to party, the management & security are pretty on top of things, so you probally should go elsewhere as they will take care of it.

I just want to inform the writter of this review that the problem with the fireplace probably was not the glass being missing. But the vent inside the fire place not being open. Giggles
